Can I add more units?

Yes. Plans cover different organization sizes, with Plan 3 supporting unlimited units. Monthly pricing is per retained unit; adding a unit remains subject to your active plan and billing status.

Can I change my plan?

Choose the plan that matches your group today. If your needs change, discuss a plan change with your NC representative. Selecting a plan here does not change an existing subscription or complete a payment.

Is our data separate from other organizations?

Yes. Organization-based tenant separation and permission checks restrict access to your organization’s records. Users do not gain access to another organization simply by signing in.
